Family Engagement Associate

The Family Engagement Associate will facilitate and support development of a blend of family engagement and home visiting initiatives that are at the leading edge of our statewide work. Working closely with senior team members, the Associate will serve as a driver of critical new work within the team, including field analysis, strategy development, tight project management, and design of new professional learning systems. This is an early career position with ample growth opportunity. The successful candidate will have strong passion for racial equity, a commitment to addressing the opportunity gap in communities, and knowledge of family engagement strategies.

Development Manager

The Development Manager plays a key role on the Fund Development team by building Thrive’s individual giving program. With a strong focus on mid-level prospects and donors, this position is also responsible for fundraising and cultivation events, annual fund appeals, donor communications and workplace giving. The successful candidate will have significant experience with donor-centric communications and a love of finding creative ways to engage donors with an organization’s mission.
