NEAR@Home Facilitators

Thrive is accepting Letters of Interest for multiple facilitators to advance the integration of the NEAR@Home Toolkit, released in 2014, into home visiting program practice in organizations throughout our region. NEAR Sciences are the cluster of sciences:  Neuroscience, Epigenetics, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Resiliency. Integration of the NEAR@Home Toolkit into home visiting practice will be supported by trained NEAR@Home Facilitators, who will engage programs in readiness assessment, training and coaching during the early stage of NEAR@Home use, as well as an ongoing Community of Practice. One facilitator will be chosen for each of the four states within our region: Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. Learn more

State Lead/Nurse Consultant Nurse-Family Partnership

Thrive seeks an additional State Lead/Nurse Consultant to support the high-quality implementation of Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) home visiting services in Washington state. NFP is an evidence-based home visiting model that, through a therapeutic relationship with a registered nurse, promotes a mother’s abilities and behavior change to protect and promote her health and the well-being of her child. The new State Lead/Nurse Consultant will partner with the current NFP State Lead/Nurse Consultant, who will now focus much of her work on integrating the NEAR@Home toolkit into practice around our region.
