Family Engagement Associate

The Family Engagement Associate will facilitate and support development of a blend of family engagement and home visiting initiatives that are at the leading edge of our statewide work. Working closely with senior team members, the Associate will serve as a driver of critical new work within the team, including field analysis, strategy development, tight project management, and design of new professional learning systems. This is an early career position with ample growth opportunity. The successful candidate will have strong passion for racial equity, a commitment to addressing the opportunity gap in communities, and knowledge of family engagement strategies.

Development Manager

The Development Manager plays a key role on the Fund Development team by building Thrive’s individual giving program. With a strong focus on mid-level prospects and donors, this position is also responsible for fundraising and cultivation events, annual fund appeals, donor communications and workplace giving. The successful candidate will have significant experience with donor-centric communications and a love of finding creative ways to engage donors with an organization’s mission.

Development Coordinator (PT)

The Development Coordinator plays an integral role on the five-person Fund Development team by supporting Thrive’s event, database and administrative efforts. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Fund Development, this position is responsible for assisting with events, supporting donor and corporate relations, coordinating development marketing and communications, and overseeing Thrive’s donor database. The successful candidate will have experience with event planning and project management.

Early Learning Policy Manager

The work of the Policy Manager focuses heavily on engaging and supporting the Regional Coalitions in their effort to build advocacy capacity and provides equity-driven analysis and advocacy of state-level early learning policies to close the opportunity gap. The successful candidate must have strong passion for equity and a commitment to addressing the opportunity gap, and the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with staff and partners.
