Home Visiting Planning Support: Attending to the Exploration Stage of Implementation Science

Is there an area in your community that could benefit from new or additional home visiting services? In anticipation of next year’s budget request for additional home visiting dollars, Thrive is providing Exploration Stage supports up to two communities this winter and spring. The Exploration Stage of Implementation Science involves evaluating the fit and feasibility of home visiting within a community context and assessing unmet need. The supports provided will include bringing a diverse array of community members together to identify a target population, establish referral relationships, and determine a model that best fits your community’s unmet need. Communities with existing home visiting programs are eligible as long as there is still unmet need that may be attended to by the implementation of a new home visiting model.

Thrive is requesting Letters of Interest from communities that would like to participate, due on January 31, 2018. For more information and instructions for submitting a Letter of Interest, please click here.
